how to dry brush

I have been asked several times in the past few weeks – what the heck is dry brushing? And so I thought this video was in order ;) In today’s post, you’ll learn what dry brushing is, why you should do it and what you do.   Dry brushing involves taking a natural bristle brush and moving it along your skin in a circular motion. You then move that motion all over your skin. There’s no wrong way to do it. I like to start at my feet and work my way up my legs. I then dry brush my arms, stomach and back. The brush I use was from Target. I like it because it has a removable handle, which allows me to easily dry brush my body, then re-attach the handle to do my back. Dry brushing wakes up the lymphatic system, can help improve your skin and can give you a few extra minutes of self-care.
